Payment Terms
Payment is due within 3 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. If you have concerns about your order,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Revision Policy
For custom form builds, clients are entitled to 3 revision requests after the first draft is
completed. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Deposit Option
A $100 deposit option is available for custom form builds only. If you choose this option, the deposit will be required before the first draft, with the remaining balance due after the first draft is completed.
Ownership of Forms
All forms created for clients remain the property of CanvasForm Pros until full payment is
received. Upon payment, clients will own the rights to use the forms created.
Liability Limitations
CanvasForm Pros is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the forms or services provided. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Confidentiality
All information shared with CanvasForm Pros during the project will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
